Which Service works for you?

Think Uber But Without the Hassle.

We prepare your food for your event, then deliver everything in heavy foiled containers so it’s ready for your guests to serve themselves. 

Buffet Style

We will have all the food prepared and ready served in a manner that your guests can line up, and enjoy the moment with our team serving. This will include a cutting station for items that are sliced to order. 

Platter Style

Think Texas, think silver trays and large format dining. Perfect for those groups and tables in your event with 8 or more people. Everything presented on one large tray ready for you to enjoy. 

Canape Style

We will have everything served throughout the course of your event, lighter options to heavier then building to substantial if ordered. Your guests can just relax, whilst we take care of the service.

  • We have catering options that start from $22 + GST per person.

    Items that might be included, but not set to, our 16-Hour Smoked Brisket, Carolina Style Pulled Pork, House Fermented Celery Seed & White Cabbage Slaw and Pickles, Martins Potato Bun.

    For our lovely friends who prefer the grassroots lifestyle, we offer Vegan/Vegetarian options to make sure everyone is included in the party!

    Disclaimer, we won’t charge more for the dietaries, rare right?

    BBQ IS MEANT FOR GROUPS, SO WHAT'S THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE?

    With the style of catering we offer, groups of 25 people and upwards are ideal.

  • Our menus are tailored to your needs as it's your event so why can't we offer that? Our team has 20+ years within the Hospitality industry and working with some of the greats.

    So trust me, your event is in good hands! Now that we have a framework, we can work things out before the event. Trust us, it's worth it!

  • BBQ is about sharing, it's about turning that music up, cracking those beverages open and having fun!

    So with that, the organic option is for a "Buffet" style, however, as it is 2024 we shall call it "Interactive Dining''. This is a way in which your guests can choose everything and anything they wish for.

    However, if you want a sit-down option we can offer this in the form of BBQ Trays, which will feed 4/6 people comfortably with your menu on the day.

What’s next?

As a small company, we're all about making you feel like the guest of honour! Let's cook up a menu that gets your taste buds dancing and craft a run sheet so smooth, it's practically choreographed. Once we've got you grinning from ear to ear, it's time to seal the deal with your John Hancock. To lock in the date, we'll need a 50% upfront deposit, pronto! This ensures we can work our magic with our low and slow cooking style.

  • All we ask is final numbers, and the remaining balance fully paid via EFT which is non-refundable within 7 days before your event.

  • Lastly, we just need your guest’s dietary requirements 3 days out.

Payment is via EFT, and remittance can be sent over if you need it.
